The Norton Knatchbull School is looking for a Learning Support Assistant.  This is a Temporary position 35 hours a week, term time only on Kent Range 3 - £19,486 (pro rata £15,516).  The successful candidate will work and interact with many students who have a variety of needs (ASC, ADHD, Dyslexia, SEMH and Physical Needs).  The main duties involve overseeing the AEN area of the school providing and monitoring work for students.  Duties also include supporting students to and from class and liaising with staff /parents.  This would be a suitable role for someone looking to gain experience/ qualifications in AEN support.


An ability to interact positively with a wide range of people, including teachers, support staff, parents and students aged 11 to 18, are essential.
