Our current Admin Lead has been successfully appointed to the role of Family Liaison Officer and we are seeking to appoint a smiley, positive, efficient school administration lead, to ‘take up the reins’ as ‘front of house’.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator, who has experience in a similar role and ideally be familiar with working in an educational environment to join our ‘Team Tunstall’ as soon as possible. Candidates must be used to working in a busy office, be highly organised, adaptable and a real team player. Good communication, keyboard and customer service skills are required – as is the ability to work under pressure and still maintain a sense of humour!

Ideally, you will have experience using educational software such as Arbor or be an IT proficient professional with a willingness to undertake training. You will work in partnership with the Headteacher’ s PA, the FLO and the Business managers having key emphasis on front of house, administration and communication within and your role. You will need to have the ability to prioritise your workload as well as working as part of the office teams and be able to achieve the highest standards of customer service and parental engagement.
