We are seeking to employ a Lead Midday Supervisor to be responsible for children from ages four to eleven during their lunchtime break. This will include :

  • Leading and supporting the MDS team
  • Overseeing lunchtime behaviour, rewards and First Aid
  • Timetables and delegating responsibilities
  • Communication between MDS team, SLT and class teachers
  • Recruitment, induction and probation of new MDS staff
  • Overseeing MDS performance management and accountabilities
  • Admin duties associated with the lunch role

12.5 hours per week equating to 2.5 per day Monday to Friday, term time only.  

The pay scale is Kent Scheme Grade KR4, which is £19,389.00 for a full time appointment, and will be pro- rata for part-time hours, equating to £5,513.89 per year.
