The John Wallis Church of England Academy are currently recruiting forLearning Mentors.

We are looking to appoint a Learning Mentor with the drive and ambition to share our passionate belief that every child and young person should have the opportunity to realise their full potential; to be encouraged to raise their aspirations; and to have the opportunity to learn in an environment that is safe, inspired and guided by the key Christian values of respect, truth, trust, integrity and love.

Skills and Experience - To be considered for the position:

A*-C GCSE Maths and English or equivalent;
Experience of supporting pupils/students of differing abilities and backgrounds.
Ability to develop in pupils the skills to work independently and collaboratively

Excellent written communication, timekeeping, reliability, and timely reporting
