Adisham CE Primary School are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Intervention Teaching Assistants to support individuals and small groups of children in collaboration with the SENCO and Class Teacher.

We are looking for teaching assistants who:

  • Recognise that our current education system needs to radically change to better prepare our young people for the 21st century
  • Are able to take advantage of the latest technology to support modern, 21st century learning
  •  Want to develop their own practice to meet the needs of an evolving school system
  • Want to develop children as life-long, curious learners
  • Want to build strong relationships with children that facilitate their learning
  • Want to teach in enabling environments that promote flexibility, collaboration and independence

This role is:

  • Term time only working
  • 30hrs per week
  • Monday to Friday - 8:45am- 3:30pm
  • Paid at pro rata'd KR3 - approximately £13109 gross (43 paid weeks which includes 5 weeks holiday pay). 

Please note this role is attached funding and therefore will be a temporary contract subject to annual review on 31st August 2023. If the funding is removed or reduced the contract may change before the review date.
