Teacher of Social Sciences 

We are looking for a part time Teacher of Social Sciences for 2 days per week (Thursday /Friday). This role is available on a fixed term contract from Term 4 until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will be committed to further raising standards and will be prepared to be part of an established and effective college team. They will also have an enthusiasm for teaching, learning and the progression of young people.

To be considered you must:

  • Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong knowledge of the KS3 – KS5 curriculum
  • Work well with staff and pupils alike
  • Be motivated to get the best out of the pupils
  • Have strong classroom management skills
