Northfleet School for Girls is a vibrant and caring school which is on a very exciting journey. Over recent years we have been growing rapidly (53% increase in student roll since 2017). 

In March 2022 we had a very positive Ofsted inspection (see copy of report attached). Below are some of the observations made during the inspection:

Senior Cover Supervisor with Administrative Duties

We are seeking to appoint a Senior Cover Supervisor to work with and deputise for the Cover Supervisor Co-ordinator to ensure cover is provided by the internal cover team or an external supply agency for absent teaching staff.  The role will also involve providing high level administrative support including project based tasks. This is a permanent post is for 39.5 hours per week and term time only (39 weeks per year). The working pattern is 07:00 - 15:30 Monday to Friday and 07:00 - 15:00 on Friday. 

The successful candidate will have proven experience of working with young people in an educational environment or setting.
