with a proven track record in school improvement
with a strong understanding of the way children learn and grow.

with strong pedagogical knowledge of the primary curriculum
who has led and developed a school’s curriculum

who has highly developed people skills and previous experience in leading teams effectively.
who is able to pick out and utilise key skills and strengths within their staff
who is able to effectively safeguard children and staff by promoting a positive safeguarding culture and by prioritising staff and pupil well-being.

Our Community Multi Academy Trust is a church majority MAT comprising four Church of England Primary schools; two small village primary schools; a 1 form entry primary school; a 1.5 form entry primary school; a 3-form entry infant school; and a 3-form entry junior school. The Acorns Centre, a specialist resource provision for children with speech and language difficulties is shared by the infant and junior school.
