About this Role

At Greenlands Primary School, we are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our school to work with our amazing children to help them to be the best that they can be!. If you are passionate about working with children in order to help them to be successful, enthusiastic learners, then this role is for you.

We are a small, friendly school who strives to ensure that every child has a champion. You will work with a supportive, caring team of staff who will ensure that you are able to achieve within your role. We are seeking to appoint a hardworking, committed, flexible and reliable individual who can work on their own initiative when required. You will be expected to work within a whole class setting as well as supporting the needs of some children in a group and on an individual basis. 

Experience working within a school would be ideal. GCSE level English and Maths is a requirement. Above all, you need to be committed to working as part of a team who are determined to secure the absolute best for our pupils and will work hard to ensure children achieve everything they are capable of.

  • 32.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm 
  • Pro rated salary - £14,266.11 (FTE £19,293)
  • 38 weeks Term time only
