We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team, working as a Teaching Assistant, initially in Reception/KS1. However, the successful candidate should be prepared to work across the school and be willing to take a proactive role in whole school development.

A working knowledge of the best practice to support teaching and learning and the ability to inspire and support both children and adults will be a key requirement. The post will involve supporting children with learning either in or outside of classrooms, individually or in groups, as well as leading specialist interventions.

The successful candidate will also be expected to take a full part in lunchtime activities and supervision. At this time, our children want somebody who is prepared to play, have fun, be a friendly face and actively supervise to keep them safe.

We can offer you:

  • A team of friendly, welcoming people to work collaboratively with, to plan and resource a creative curriculum.
  • A range of support from a strong leadership team that will help to develop your practice.
  • Excellent professional development opportunities both within the school and across the Academy Trust.
  • A strong supportive local community, including Governors and PTFA.
