We are looking for a full time, fixed term (one year) Teaching Assistant for a post of 25 hours a week (Monday to Friday) and 5 hours a week as a midday supervisor, both term time only.  Total - 30 hours.

Experience of working with children is a must and experience of working with children with varying SEN/D is desirable, as part of the role will involve working 1:1.

The successful candidate will be required to support individuals and groups during learning activities in the classroom and outside in the wider learning environment.  (S)he needs to be able to develop ideas from the class teacher and be able to both work under the direction of the teacher and on his/her own initiative. 

We are looking for a candidate who is willing to work hard, has very high expectations of themselves and others and works well in a team.

We are a community school, situated on the south side of Tunbridge Wells. We currently have seven classes from Reception to Year 6.
