We are looking for a dynamic, innovative and suitably experienced individual for the post of Learning Mentor to work alongside the Senior Leadership Team and teaching team, to further raise standards of behaviour and improve learning opportunities across the school. 

The role will encompass all aspects of supporting behaviour, wellbeing and the learning of our pupils, across all classes. This includes supporting other staff with behaviour strategies and supporting vulnerable pupils who need support managing their behaviour, or assistance reducing their barriers to learning and being able to flourish.

The successful candidate will be confident, flexible and efficient. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential and a strong knowledge of managing behaviour and working in school settings is vital.
