We are looking to recruit a Pastoral Leader to lead on all areas of wellbeing, emotional and social support and co-ordinate all of the support and intervention for our most vulnerable children, including those eligible for Pupil Premium, including mapping the provision for the whole school, liaising closely with SLT.

 Those with the following are encouraged to apply:

 

  • Someone with in-depth knowledge and understanding of our vulnerable children and their families
  • Someone with a knowledge of the issues that face our local community
  • A qualified DSL is desirable
  • Someone with experience of working with outside agencies e.g. CAMHS, Early Help and Social Care
  • Someone with experience of working with children with particularly challenging behaviour
