An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our wonderful school community. We are looking for a highly efficient and organised Office Manager to lead the Administration Team and take responsibility for the School’s Financial Systems.

We can offer a friendly and supportive staff team, wonderful children and a calm, welcoming environment.

You will be the public face of the school for parents and visitors and support the school staff in a wide variety of tasks. It is true to say that no two days will be the same! We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.

We see this position as vital in providing the best possible school experience for our pupils and their families and ensuring the smooth running of our school.

This position is full time and permanent (37 hours). Being a school this means Term Time Only, 5 Inset days, plus an additional working week in the holidays which makes 40 working weeks per year in total. Your annual leave entitlement is in line with KCC terms and conditions. These hours would be Monday to Friday and office hours are typically between 8am to 4:45pm.

Visits to the school are welcomed and we look forward to meeting you. If you would like to arrange a visit to the school, please contact the School Office on 01303 862367 or email Matt Day (Headteacher) at headteacher@lyminge.kent.sch.uk

The deadline for applications is noon on Friday 14th October 2022.

We are planning on holding interviews on Friday 21st October 2022
