Westlands Secondary school is looking for a Pastoral Support Manager to support the enhancement and operation of the learning environment of the school, with a particular focus on the pastoral management of the students.

They will  support in the provision of a high-quality education for the students of the school, through pastoral care. They will work as part of the Year Group Community teams and work within and support a dedicated group of pupils.
