Salary:                                      This will depend on your qualifications and experience:

TKAT Main pay scale range: £29,915 - £41,136

TKAT Upper pay scale range: £42,559 - £45,766

Plus £2,269 SEN Allowance

We are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and innovative Class Teachers to join our fantastic staff team at Shenstone School.  A teaching qualification is essential and experience within a special school or a mainstream setting with relevant SEND experience is desirable.  The ideal candidate will inspire and motivate pupils and lead a dedicated class team to encourage progression and happiness for pupils.  If you think you have what it takes to support and develop our pupils to maximise their post aspirational learning potential, then we would love to hear from you.

In addition to our increasingly expanding Primary School, in September 2022 we also opened a Secondary provision too. We are very excited to now be able to offer pupils our amazing values, ethos, standards and facilities throughout their education. Shenstone School is one school based across three sites (Crayford, Sidcup and Belvedere) and we pride ourselves on making children happy and ensure that learning is made fun. Shenstone School is a school for pupils with severe, and/or profound and multiple learning difficulties. We are committed to supporting the emotional health and wellbeing of all our pupils, staff and parents/carers and we stand by our motto of “together we engage, thrive and achieve”.
