Admin Assistant

Salary:                        Grade 4 - actual salary £17,365 pa - £17,950 pa

Hours:                        37 hours per week, Term Time plus 10 additional days pa 

(total of 40 weeks pa)          

 We are looking to appoint an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our forward thinking, and successful staff team at Stone Lodge School on a Term Time basis from  September 2022.  Our community secondary school first opened in September 2019 and is proving to be a highly popular, successful and over-subscribed school.

 Our ideal candidate will:

Demonstrate a proven track record in delivering a high-quality office administration service within a school or similar setting.

Demonstrate highly developed communication skills in dealing confidently and professionally with a range of stakeholders

Possess excellent IT skills and have experience of data management and reporting

Show a willingness to commit to the ethos and vision of the school including participating in the wider school community.
