Teaching Assistant – Temporary

Up to 30 hours per week (8:30am – 3:00pm)

The children, staff and Governors are looking for a new Teaching Assistant who is passionate about pupils’ learning, enjoys being with children, has a positive attitude, and is able to work as part of a great team. The ideal candidate will share our vision and commitment to upholding our high standards and aspirations for our children.

This post is temporary.

We are looking for someone with:-

• Recent and relevant experience of working with children, preferably across the primary age range, 7 – 11 years
• A desire and enthusiasm to make a difference for our children
• High expectations for pupils’ learning, progress and behaviour
• To be highly motivated, have strong team-work skills and a ‘can do’ approach to your work
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above.
• Understanding and experience of supporting pupils with SEN needs and/or disability
