HR OFFICER

(part-time)

Required as soon as possible

This is a 12 month contract 22.5 hours per week (to be reviewed depending on the school’s needs going forward), term time plus 7 days, (INSET days plus 2 days in the school holidays by arrangement with the HT). 

The successful candidate will provide Human Resource administrative and organisational services to the school under the management and guidance of the Headteacher and take a proactive role in relation to the day-to-day HR function, ensuring and supporting a consistent, timely and accurate employment process from start to finish, within all school and statutory policies and frameworks.

Relevant personnel experience with secure knowledge of human resources administration and processes, strong administrative, organisational and IT skills and a minimum of 5 years’ experience within an office environment are essential.

Salary is Kent Range 6 - £21,207 - £23,148 pro rata to £11,093  £12,108 depending on experience.  The post is for 22.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am-4pm.  Exact timings to be agreed in advance with the Headteacher.
