Brampton Primary Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Teaching Assistant to join our team and be part of our friendly and supportive environment.

The successful applicants will need to hold a NVQ Level2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent), have a good standard of written and spoken English and a general understanding of Maths. Previous experience of working effectively within a school is also desirable.

  • highly motivated, organised and flexible in the way you work to best meet children's needs?
  • an effective communicator, highly skilled in building positive relationships with children, parents/carers and professionals?
  • able to support teachers in planning and resourcing for children with a variety of needs.
  • reliable, flexible and willing to support the school in moving children’s learning on.

The post will be term time plus inset days, 35 hours per week (8am – 3.30pm).
