Term time plus 5 staff development days.

32.5 hours a week.

Are you passionate about supporting children, recognising individual qualities and strengths, and aspiring to attain excellence in learning support?

We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our committed and skilled TA team working across KS3 and KS4.

This role involves working one to one or supporting small groups.

As the position is funded by High Needs Funding these positions are fixed term contracts for 12 months, which will be reviewed annually.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Is able to support children with a range of special needs and disabilities;
  • Is able to deliver support, both in the classroom or with targeted groups;
  • Is a committed team player with energy and drive;
  • Is dedicated, enthusiastic, patient and caring.
