We are looking for an aspiring headteacher who can continue the progress made to date on our journey to outstanding. Hunton CEP is a small rural school with an amazing family feel, due to the personal relationships and the Christian vision and value which pervades all we do and say and are.

Our team of committed teachers and other staff, along with an energetic and supportive governing body, provide an environment in which a visionary headteacher can thrive, building both experience for the individual and results for the school.

We are in a collaboration with three other local church schools and are looking to strengthen that relationship to bring greater opportunities for sharing resources, training and mutual encouragement.

Information about the school

An extract from our latest Ofsted report of May 2021: "Pupils really enjoy being at school. They love to learn and are confident that staff will protect and nurture them. The close-knit school community helps to ensure that teachers know each child well. Pupils work and play happily with each other throughout the school".

We are a Voluntary Aided Church of England Primary School. The school currently has 99 pupils taught in 4 year groups comprising R; 1 and 2; 3 and 4; 5 and 6. The PAN is currently 15.
