Thistle Hill Academy are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a child with a high level of special needs in KS2.

30hrs/43 paid weeks (term time + 5 weeks holiday).
KR3 Pro-rata

We are looking for someone who can bring motivation, energy and excellent communication skills to the role.  You would need to support the child with their educational, physical, emotional and social development, and play an active role alongside the teacher and Nurture Team in shaping the learning of the pupil. 

The ideal candidate will be committed to working in an inclusive framework, working closely with the class teacher and the Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator.
