This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring and innovative candidate who wants to take their career to the next level.

We are looking for someone who can build on the strong foundations of our school and lead our dedicated and enthusiastic staff team to deliver quality education for our pupils. The successful person will be someone who can develop and drive the strategic vision for our school maintaining and enhancing the highest educational standards within a rapidly changing environment.

We have a strong collaboration with other primary and secondary schools in the area via the Sandwich Town And Rural (STAR) Alliance which offers both mutual support for staff at all levels as well as joint educational and sporting activities for pupils. The successful candidate will be expected to take a proactive role in further developing this collaboration.

We also have strong links with the local church and village and we would expect these to be promoted as part of our wider stakeholder engagement and to assist with pupils' social and pastoral growth. Our School is recognised as being a friendly and caring environment which is underpinned by a strong, experienced and supportive Governing Body.

Our School and all its personnel are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children. This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
