We invite applications from experienced Finance Officers to join our friendly team at Sandling Primary School.

The post is term time + 5 staff training days (39 weeks per year), 28 hours per week.

Duties include the day to day running of the school fund, collection of money and banking, raising purchase orders, payment of invoices and organising travel for school trips.

Suitable applicants will have a proven good level of numeracy with accounting experience desired.

Sandling is a popular, high achieving, 2 form entry primary school in the north of Maidstone.

The school is well resourced with many facilities including: a library, computing suite and extensive grounds with a wildlife and outdoor learning area. We offer a wide variety of clubs for children to enrich their learning.

We had a one day OFSTED inspection in Feb 2020 with a good outcome which confirmed our high expectations and standards.

With easy access from the M20, and being situated less than 3 miles from Maidstone centre, the school is easily accessible by road.
