The Role

As a Midday Meals Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our pupils have a safe, friendly, and happy lunchtime experience.  Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising pupils during lunch breaks at the Primary site
  • Encouraging courteous table manners and positive social interaction
  • Setting up/clearing away lunch furniture and equipment
  • Reporting any concerns about behaviour, allergies, or wellbeing to senior staff

This is a term-time only, 10‑hour weekly position, working from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm, Monday to Friday, ideal for those seeking flexible part-time work within a school setting.

You Should Have:

  • A passion for working with children and promoting positive social interaction

  • Patience, reliability, and good interpersonal skills

  • Basic awareness of health, hygiene, and safeguarding protocols

  • A willingness to contribute to the school's inclusive and caring culture

  • A first aid qualification or willingness to undertake appropriate training.
