Ethelbert Road is a dynamic and inclusive one form entry primary school situated within the heart of Faversham.

As a school, we believe in an educational philosophy that places pupils at the heart of everything we do. Our children are happy and enthusiastic and are encouraged to develop a love of learning. Our staff team are fully committed to developing our children’s emotional strength and resilience which will prepare them for their next steps in life.

We invest in, and are committed to, providing a diverse range of experiences for our children through engagement in the Arts, sports, school trips and external community events. 

We aim for high standards and outstanding achievement in a fun and creative environment. We encourage our children to be enthusiastic learners and confident resilient individuals. We emphasise the importance of good manners, a sense of responsibility and a pride in work. Our inspirational, creative curriculum is designed to provide memorable and meaningful experiences that make learning irresistible.

We value the involvement of our parents and carers in all aspects of school life and strive to communicate with them openly and honestly. We have a full and varied calendar of social and fundraising events including sports, musical concerts and various dramatic performances and we believe that it is the enthusiastic involvement of our parents and carers that helps to support the creative ethos that is so valued at our school.
