About The School

New Line Learning is a Group 7 school and there are 560 pupils on roll. It is a non-selective secondary school under The Future Schools Trust banner, which also includes Cornwallis Academy, Tiger Primary School and Little Learners Nursery.

NLL replaced the dated Oldborough Manor School building in Boughton Lane, Loose, in 2007, with a state-of-the-art campus.

The Academy has maintained and enhanced the site’s strong links with the surrounding community by introducing a 21st century education for its young residents. On average, we welcome approximately 160 students into Year 7 each year.

Here at NLL, we boast a range of modern facilities such as drama, music and dance studios; a gymnasium and sports pitches; an award-winning working farm; a construction workshop and a Sixth Form shared with Cornwallis Academy.

Our aim is to provide our students with skills for a successful future and we’re fortunate to have the support of a number of local employers, who support our broad curriculum with a wealth of first-hand knowledge and work experience opportunities.
