Are you the person to lead Bethersden Primary School to even greater heights, on our journey towards outstanding?  

Bethersden School is one big family and we are looking for an inspirational Headteacher to lead our team. You will be ably supported by governors, staff, pupils and parents who will help you to develop our vision, to empower our children to become lifelong learners and to build on the successes and achievements of the past few years.

Together we will develop and nurture our passionate and dedicated, high-quality staff, whilst further raising the standards of progress and attainment of our pupils - fulfilling their educational potential.

We are hardworking and ambitious, always aiming to do our best whilst having fun. We are incredibly proud to have received the Pupil Premium Award 2016 as a local winner. We were also awarded Read Write Inc. model school status (the first school in the south-east to achieve this accolade).
