We also wanted to know what the teachers hope for in their new Headteacher, here is what our teachers said:

"Ideally, someone used to working with a large number of Pupil Premium children/ behaviourally challenged children/ children from lower economic backgrounds."

"A good head teacher must know what they want the school’s goals to be in the short and long term and be able to communicate effectively with staff and students about how the school is going to achieve those goals."

"This school needs a headteacher that is experienced and committed to the needs of the children, staff and school as a whole. Someone who is willing to give constructive and supportive advice in order to take the school in the right direction."
