Are you a Deputy or existing Head teacher who can build on our vision and develop the future of our school, whilst injecting personal vision and leadership flair to become outstanding?
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and forward thinking Head teacher to build on the Academy’s current position, whilst delivering the best possible environment for our children to progress and develop.
You will be supported by a strong leadership team and an efficient administrative staff. The Governors will continue to be a supportive and encouraging body. They will work and develop with you, in partnership, to achieve your goals. We will provide an external consultant to assist you through your induction and on-going professional development.
We are an independent Academy working in a collaborative partnership with local primary schools. We also work with the North-West Kent Teaching School Alliance, helping to train student teachers in the Dartford area.
