Parent's Views

We completed a survey about what parents liked about the school and have incorporated the key words into a word cloud. We also spoke with parents of the reception class about why they had chosen Lympne CE Primary School for their children and what they liked about school when they looked around. Here is what they said:

• Because of Lympne’s good reputation and locality to my home’
• ‘My husband went to the school, so we were keen for our children to go too’
• ‘The school has good facilities and we really liked the outside area that Reception has’
• ‘There is just a lovely feel about the school’
• ‘The school is so welcoming, my daughter came with me, sat on the carpet in Reception and refused to leave. She couldn’t wait for September'
• ‘It feels like a family…..it’s a lovely community school…a proper school…you feel part of it’
• ‘All the teaching staff look out for all the children and many send their own kids to the school'
• What’s important about Lympne is that the children feel so safe and are looked after, and are happy. Parents have sent their children to Lympne for these reasons and not because it got an outstanding in an ofsted. Parents really care their children are happy’
