This non-teaching headship opportunity is ideal for a motivated Deputy looking for their first headship in a small school with a good support structure in place.  We can offer you children who are happy and keen to learn, a staff team whose dedication goes above and beyond and a genuinely lovely environment to work in.  Our Governing Body is fully engaged and ready to support you as we work towards a new framework and a new future for Bredhurst, delivering the school's values which are underpinned by our Christian ethos.
