How to Apply
If you believe you have the capabilities and experience to be the next Headteacher of Sandwich Technology School we would welcome your application which should include:
- the completed STS Application Form;
- your CV (if this provides additional information to the form);
- an accompanying letter of application addressed to the Chair of Governors, which enhances but does not repeat the information on your form. Your letter should be no more than three sides of A4 and address the following:
“Indicate the skills you believe to be critically important in leading Sandwich Technology School in the context of the emerging and developing new educational landscape and explain how your experience has prepared you for this post.”
Your application should be returned to Lynn Walters, Company Secretary, at the school or sent by e-mail to
lynn.walters@sandwich-tech.kent.sch.uk. Electronic applications would be appreciated.
The outline schedule for the appointment process is:
Closing date for applications – 12 midday on Monday 23rd June 2014
Short-listed candidates invited to interview– Monday 30th June 2014
Interviews – a two-day process scheduled for Thursday 17th July and Friday 18th July 2014
