The ASPIRE Federation is a partnership of four small village primary schools in rural Kent, near the county town of Maidstone. Two schools are Church of England primary schools and two are community primary schools. The three schools have been in successful partnership since January 2014. In September 2019, the fourth school became part of the federation and we relaunched as ASPIRE. The ASPIRE mission statement is:

"The ASPIRE Federation will nurture curiosity and creativity through an inspiring, broad and engaging curriculum, where learning is at the heart of all that we do. Our children learn to become resilient and self-assured in environments where pastoral care is excellent. Everyone is challenged and encouraged to thrive and achieve as individuals, preparing them for their role as caring citizens in modern Britain."

Vision

We aim to be an outstanding federation at the heart of our culturally diverse communities, striving for excellence, enabling our children to achieve their highest potential in all areas of the curriculum in line with each of the individual school’s values and beliefs.

This is summarised through the motto and values of the federation:   ASPIRE -  A School Partnership In Rural England
