Headcorn Primary School is situated in Headcorn, a large village and civil parish in the Maidstone District of Kent, South East England. The school sits within in a residential location right opposite a green park with sport pitches and fields to the rear. 

Headcorn has many historical links which date back to the Roman times and even earlier. The village lies within the Low Weald of Kent and close to the river Beault. The picturesque area consists of many small and pretty villages scattered amongst the beautiful countryside of small woodlands and farms. 

The community of 3300 residents is thriving and served by a busy high street with a great variety of shops, clubs and services. There is a very active community and the newly built village hall hosts many activities including a Farmers Market on the second Saturday of every month. There are many clubs and societies to join from fitness to floristry and philosophy to IT. 

Headcorn also has an aerodrome where you can learn to fly, try parachuting and take scenic flights over the beautiful Kent coast and countryside. 

The village is about 50 miles to London and 8 miles from the county town of Maidstone. Headcorn station has trains to going into London Charing Cross and Waterloo East that take around an hour each way. Getting to Europe is also very convenient as Ashford International station is only 14 miles away.
