The Governors of St. Margaret’s-at-Cliffe Primary School are looking to appoint a new Headteacher to our popular school in the picturesque, coastal village of St. Margaret’s-at-Cliffe. The village is within easy reach of the local towns of Dover and Deal, is close to a mainline railway station and has good access to other areas of Kent via M2, M20 and A256.

• A leader with the experience and ability to lead the school through a period of change.
• Someone who can lead with integrity, creativity, resilience and clarity.
• A leader who can inspire all stakeholders to engage with the school’s vision, values and goals.
• An excellent people-manager who has experience of successfully motivating and coaching staff to continually develop their skills and maximise their career potential.
• A leader with the ability to exercise strategic, curriculum-led financial planning and management to ensure effective deployment of budgets and resources ensuring the school’s sustainability.
