Cobham is a small village situated within the borough of Gravesham, Kent. It features a picturesque village street, the main focal points being the school, church, village hall, small shop and three pubs. It is a close-knit community surrounded by open fields, orchards, vineyards and woodland. On your doorstep you can find listed buildings and National Trust properties.
It only takes ten minutes to drive to Gravesend, the closest large town. Here you will find a good variety of independent shops, many diverse restaurants and the large Borough Market. Cobham is also situated within a ten-minute drive of Strood and fifteen minutes of Rochester. Bluewater Shopping Centre is also a fifteen-minute drive away, where you will find many shops, restaurants and entertainment outlets, so although the village is small there is a wealth of opportunity on your doorstep.
Transport links are strong. Ebbsfleet International station is a fifteen-minute drive away where the high-speed train delivers you to St Pancras in twenty minutes. Gravesend station will connect you to Charing Cross and London Bridge and beyond with the Thameslink trains. Sole Street station is only five minutes away connecting you to London Victoria. The village is also well positioned to access London airports and the Port of Dover, and both the M25 and M20 motorways are within a fifteen-minute drive.
