Grow 19 is a small college for learners aged 19-25 with SEND. Our learners have a range of learning difficulties, autism, speech, language and communication needs. We offer vocational and living skills programmes, supporting learners to be ready for work, supported employment, independent living or community involvement. Our core values (below) are at the heart of our curriculum and everything we do. Grow 19 opened in September 2019 and continues to grow in learner numbers year on year. Staff are employed by Five Acre Wood School and seconded to Grow 19, at the college base in East Malling. A full CPD programme is provided. We are also a full Natspec member. This demonstrates we really value our people and want to work with them to fulfil their career ambitions.
