Future Schools Trust requires a Recruitment Assistant to oversee the delivery of a comprehensive recruitment service within our HR function and to support the HR Manager to deliver the HR vision for the Trust. This will be on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave within the department until July 2023.

 

The Trust Recruitment Assistant is responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment throughout the Trust.  This will be achieved through employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.  The Recruitment Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent and will be responsible for all aspects of onboarding from initial advertisements through to DBS checks and creating contractual documentation.

 

You will have experience of advising senior managers and staff on all areas of recruitment as well as working within a small HR team.

 

The ideal candidate will:

 

  • Possess excellent attention to detail
  • Raise the profile of Future Schools Trust as an employer of choice
  • Have experience of recruitment within the Education sector
  • Have experience of dealing with various different stakeholders
  • Have the initiative, energy and enthusiasm to enhance the recruitment process from start to finish for all candidates
  • Be able to evaluate and improve their own impact and effectiveness
  • Have experience in liaising with recruitment agencies
