A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed Guidance Manager to work with the Head of Year for a specific year group, supporting students in a range of pastoral areas to raise standards of learning, and ensure students are able to reach their true potential. This is a non-teaching position – the successful applicant will ideally  be experienced in dealing with parents/carers and young people, although training will be provided for the right person.
