We are looking to appoint a Joint Head of School following the retirement of one of our current Heads of School. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who will be ambitious for our whole school community. The area of responsibility will be agreed according to the skillset of the successful candidate.

The successful candidate will share our broad strategic objectives and our ambitions. They will also be the kind of person who can establish professional relationships at all levels and bring creativity and enthusiasm to the challenges of the position. This successful candidate will be working with the Joint Head of School, Executive Headteacher and supportive senior leadership team.

Bromstone School is situated in a beautiful seaside location. Our reputation in the community is one of inclusion and nurturing all children. Information about the school

Bromstone is a Co-operative Foundation Primary School which believes strongly in the Co-operative ethos. As part of Thanet Endeavour Learning Trust we work in very close partnership with St Mildred’s Infant School with whom we are federated, and with Garlinge and Parkside Primary Schools. We share our Executive Headteacher with Garlinge, St Mildred’s and Parkside Schools.

Bromstone has a well-developed creative curriculum, which provides our children with exciting opportunities for learning, both in the classroom and in the wider environment. We place high value on the Arts and outdoor learning; we have an established Forest School in our grounds. Our staff are friendly, enthusiastic and very committed to providing the best education we can for our pupils. We are passionate about Bromstone and its ethos; Dream, Believe, Achieve.
