KS2 Teacher needed from April 2022

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and inspiring person to join our team from April2022. This post will be in Key Stage 2.

 St. Peter’s is a well-resourced school situated in the centre of historic Canterbury. We offer our pupils a broad, pupil-led topic based curriculum with a strong focus on music, sport and the arts as well as a commitment to the highest standards of academic achievement. Our school enjoys a strong relationship with the Methodist Church but our pupils come from a wide variety of backgrounds and we offer a caring, Christian ethos.

 We are seeking an inspirational, highly motivated and creative teacher to join our team of hardworking, friendly and supportive staff from April 2022. 

We offer excellent CPD opportunities for all staff, encouraging all teachers to take on leadership responsibilities early in their career within our school.

St. Peter's Methodist Primary School is a Good (Ofsted 2018), one form entry voluntary controlled primary school located in the heart of Canterbury. The school enjoys a strong relationship with the Methodist Church and has been recognised as Outstanding in the June 2018 SIAMS inspection. We have the benefit of modern facilities and an attractive, well-planned playground and forest school area within a historic setting. Our dedicated team of teachers and support staff work closely together to raise standards and develop creativity. All staff benefit from effective support and CPD to enable them to develop.
