Following internal promotion at the school, we are seeking to appoint a full-time Head of Science from September 2022. The successful candidate will take responsibility for providing leadership and management of the science department in order to secure high quality teaching and achievement for all.

The science department is a high performing department with a strong team. There are currently six full-time teachers, four part-time, one full-time Teaching Assistant and two Laboratory Technicians within the department. Students study Edexcel Combined Science at GCSE. At sixth form students study OCR A Level Biology, OCR A Level Chemistry and BTEC Extended Certificate in Applied Science.
