Due to additional funding, we are seeking a 1:1 Support Teaching Assistant to join our team as soon as possible or from Monday 21st February 2022 (Term 4).

Some experience necessary. 

  • 32.5hrs a week
  • Term time only
  • 8.30am – 3.30pm Monday – Friday.

 Kent Range 3:

£18,425 Full Time Equivalent

Therefore, pro rata approximately £9.55 per hour gross.

We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated, firm and caring individual to support a child in KS1 with SEMH support. The post is directly linked to funding and the child staying at our school.

The successful applicant should have some experience of working with Key stage 1 with additional needs and is able to support an individual personalised plan.  

Experience of specific learning needs, SEMH, is beneficial. You should be able to work well in teams, to liaise with carers and to recognise and implement key approaches to learning to support the child.

This position is attached to a child and will therefore be for the duration of the child's time at Worth Primary School, however further opportunities may be available after this time.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday. Term time only.
