We are looking to appoint an Admin Assistant/Receptionist starting on w/c 19th April 2022

This is an exciting opportuntiy for a well-organised individual with excellent people and administrative skills to join our highly experienced and friendly office team.

We wish to appoint a committed and enthusiatic person;  You will need to be able to adapt and have the ability to multi-task.  It is important the successful candidate can offer good communication skills and is proficient with Microsoft office.  A knowledge of SIMS would be helpful but not essential as training will be given.  You will need to be hard-working, efficient and a pro-active team player; a calm and professional manner is essential along with a sense of humour. 

This is a varied and busy role incorporating a range of tasks which can be found in detail on the attached Job Description and Person Spec.

The school office is a central part of the school and it is vital in making sure the school runs smoothly. We are extremely proud of what everyone in our school has accomplished and we are looking for someone who will be proud to join our team.

The role is for 24 hours per week - days and times to be agreed, 38 weeks per year (term time only)

Herne C.E. (Aided) Junior School is a well-respected and oversubscribed school in the village of Herne.
