St Lawrence College is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Accounts Assistant for our busy Finance Department.  

We are a small team who manage the finances of the School including fee management, processing supplier invoices and orders, reconciling bank accounts, managing departmental budgets and processing monthly payroll.

Essential:

Minimum 5 years experience working in busy Finance department

Experience of running payroll

Organised with an ability to prioritise tasks

Professional persona

Experienced user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience of various accounting software packages

Diligent with the ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy

Good written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

AAT qualification
