Our marvellous School Business Manager (SBM) has decided to move on after 6 years in post. She has been a key player in the ongoing management and development of the school and we are looking for someone with the necessary skills to undertake this role which is central to the smooth running of the school. 

The SBM is the line manager for our office team which comprises of a part-time receptionist and office manager. The SBM is also the line manager for site staff which includes caretaker and cleaners.

The SBM will also work closely with the Headteacher and the rest of the Senior Leadership Team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required as they will regularly interact with staff, governors, parents, pupils and visitors.

The post will be 37 hours a week. The total of weeks to be worked is 44 weeks. 38 weeks in term time, 1 week (5 INSET days), and an additional 5 weeks taken over the school holidays) at Kent Range 8, £26,205-£29,885 pro-rata.
