Job Grade: Kent Range 3: £18,425

 7.15am to 8.30am and  11.30am-1pm Monday-Friday 

13.75hrs per week

         

We are seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisor with breakfast club duties as well to promote the physical development of our pupils.

This is a very important role in the school. Lunches can be the busiest part of the school day and it will be the Midday Supervisor role in creating a happy and productive lunchtime. The successful applicant will promote the lunch break as an opportunity to extend the curriculum and make it a positive play and learning experience. We need people who want to make lunchtimes enjoyable and fun for the children.

Applicants must have the ability to communicate, motivate and engage pupils and be able to manage pupil behaviour. They must also have practical skills in relevant activities – games/indoor and outdoor play, art and craft and be able to deal with emergency situations.

Experience of working with children is vital and you must be resilient, empathetic, patient, enthusiastic, flexible and willing to learn new skills.
