We are looking for a dynamic, creative, inspirational and enthusiastic Assistant Head to join our dynamic team.  This will be a partly 'in class' role. We can offer you the opportunity of working in a school dedicated to professional development opportunities and on an exciting improvement journey. Applications with flexible working requests will be considered.

Applications are sought from suitably experienced leaders trained to teach 4 -7 years age range.  SENDCo knowledge and experience is desirable but not essential at this stage.

We are looking for that special person who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, organisation skills and has a commitment to raising standards and the energy and determination to make a difference.

Westmeads Community Infant School is situated in the heart of Whitstable. We have up to 180 pupils in six classes. We have a dynamic team, supportive parents and governors and strong community links.
